Le Valentina Mall, opened in 2019, has achieved strong tenant retention, consistent footfall growth, and rising demand for retail space. It has become a vibrant hub connecting communities, businesses, and experiences.
In 2009, Inas & Co Ltd took a bold step by opening its first Lolo Hyper in Morcellement St André. Through resilience and hard work, it became a landmark success. Fifteen years later, the company honours its roots with the newly renovated St André Mall, featuring a modern hypermarket, fish and meat lab, expanded bakery, deli, and shopping area.

The hypermarket is complete with an Engen filling station, food outlets, and ATMs. For the Founder and CEO, it is a heartfelt tribute to his natal village.

Heritage

Beyond commercial projects, the company now owns the historic Centre Guy Desmarais Flori — a premier equestrian facility founded in the 1960s. A full modernization is underway to create a state-of-the-art equestrian center. The company expects to open its doors to professional horse racing stables once again by the end of 2025.

Philanthropy

Looking ahead, Inas & Co Ltd is preparing to launch the Indrani Foundation, a philanthropic arm named in honour of the Founder’s late mother.
